We had a concern about an incorrect item in our order, but I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally McDonald’s addressed it right away. The issue was resolved fast, and the staff made sure everything turned out well.
The kids absolutely enjoyed and loved their food—especially the Happy Meals! Seeing them excited and happy made the experience even better. The school was also very happy with everything. Thank you for the great customer service and for making things right so promptly. We appreciate it! 🍟🍔😊

My 10pc chicken nugget meal didn't have any sauces, the food was barely warm, and the "Large Fries" looked like they took a scooper for the small or medium and threw it in the large container. While my other large fry looked slightly better, it still appeared as if they are scooping in smaller amounts. This wasn't a "this time only occurrence" either. For the times I've ordered in person and on DoorDash, it seems that they're putting in smaller amounts of fries even though you're paying extra for the large.

If you order on the late night it compl sucks my fries were semi raw and a quarter of the fry conta was full. Im very disappointed.

There was hardly any french fries I ordered large and I got two small french fries chicken nuggets ice ice ice cold sauces got four different types of sauce where I just ordered just the ranch dressing or buttermilk ranch dressing. I ordered that for my nuggets and I didn't get none of them. I got sweet-and-sour barbecue everything else, but that and I only like the buttermilk ranch or ranch or whatever they serve but the french fries I would've been better off ordering a small cause I would've had more in large. I should've just ordered the small ones saved money I would extra money for more potatoes french fries and I got so much less through the whole dinner out in the garbage to 20 piece nuggets for large french fries we're just turned out to be too small french fries
