Undercooked sandwiches and soggy fries too much for $60 trash service

The French Fries were good as always and I did enjoy the Big Mac® a lot, the sauce was delicious and vinegary. However, I never got the Nether Flame Sauce so I'm going to have to deduct a star for that

We were so excited about the Grinch big Mac meal most importantly because we wanted to try the Grinch seasoning packet that was supposed to come with it and it did not. I could've gotten a regular big Mac meal instead of spending extra money for a grinch meal. So highly disappointed and I only got one straw, but two drinks the french fries are not fresh. And overly salted.

I ordered a triple cheeseburger no cheese and no pickle. I'm allergic to cheese. They made it with cheese. No refund. Spent $14 on a new burger.....it's getting just as bad the other delivery service.
