Fries were cold , the chicken tasted weird my fries were half way filled I would not order again and it was definitely not fresh

Basket of Fries were cold and stale,and the Ranch Snack Wrap® had very little sauce and I asked for extra cheese and did not get it.the tender in the wrap is almost burnt and hard.
