Completely missing items from my order. Not the first time either. This store's service is unacceptable.

They were rude to the door dasher and made her take the wrong order. The wrong order wasn't even correct with what was on the receipt. Luckily my actual food was delivered. Really should work on their customer service skills.

I ordered a breakfast bagel combo with a large regular black coffee, the whole reason I ordered food, was for the coffee. Well I got a freakin diet coke. Awesome. Also, the eggs in your Big Breakfast® with Muffin & Hotcakes the eggs were so wet it got everything on the plate soaked.

First time I tried the HERSHEY'S Chocolate Chip Frappé it was great. This time, didn't follow add ons, no chocolate chips, tasted like a milkshake. It was disgusting and i threw it away lol
