Order was literally perfect. It got to me faster than I could have gone and gotten it myself. Hash brown and egg mcmuffin were perfectly hot and two frozen frappe's that made me believe in life after love.

Both chicken mcgriddles and egg mcmuffin were burnt. First time I have ever experience this dissatification with McDonald's food.

Food has been overcooked and sloppy the last few times I've ordered. My fries are always burnt and the burgers always have ingredients sloppy and all over the place. This used to be the best location. I don't know whats going on.

Serving old food. Fries old, the bun for my Triple Cheeseburger Meal was hard. Charged me for bbq Tan BBQ Dipping Sauce just to not even put it in the bag

Literally the best McDonald's in jackson , always fresh and hot , Ice Cream Machine is NEVER down ! Definitely ordering again when I crave some more !
