food was pretty stale, the French Fries were hard and cold and Filet-O-Fish® was poorly prepared. the cheese on it was burnt. the nuggets were okay but every nugget tasted different

Gotta be the worst experience ever from a fast food place EVER! Not only was the paper from the patty left on the stale burnt burger - there were uncooked fries mixed in with cooked fries, and of course they forgot the Big Mac. This place needs a manger or something because this is horrible.

Missing items. Drink fell over no drink holder in bag. Fries burnt to a crisp. Big Macs soggy from too much mac sauce

Both hot and spicy chicken sandwiches were supposed to be plain. It says it on the receipt even. Both sandwiches have mayonnaise and lettuce. The fries are cold and inedible. Worst meal I've ever gotten from McDonald's.
