Every time I order they forget half my order and biscuits are hard as a rock 3 rd time I door dash and they forgot my hash browns and extra stuff in oat

the Triple Cheeseburger was cold cheese was unmelted and I believe the used two bottom buns? ordered with no pickle looked like I got exra pickle. Chocolate Shake and medium French Fries were good.

we ordered a bacon quarter pondr and got 1 piece of bacon and one meat

I can deal with the occasionally missing items but it has been so frequent that every other time I order I have to request a refund on items. I don't know if it's the fault of the restaurant or the dasher but someone needs to double check before they send it out.
