All of our steak sandwiches, Steak Egg Cheese Bagel Meal, Steak Biscuit, Steak Egg Cheese Biscuit Meal were extremely salty! We were also missing 3 hash browns, 2 of which should have come with the meals. In all, what was always a great breakfast treat was destroyed. This showed me that persons in charge misread orders and the grill person needs better training or focus or both. Quality was missing "big time!"

the eggs were, at least in my opinion, bland and tasteless. I can safely say the only thing i enjoyed was the hash Hash Browns and the Caramel Frappé. I feel that the Big Breakfast®needs a bit of work personally.

fries were warm at best, chicken sandwich was okay so much grease on the outside of the box who knows where that came from.
