The fries were a little old and I ordered a pack of ranch for 50¢ and I never got it and they forgot my straw for my sweet tea and I'm not sure if I did click it but I thought I selected extra bacon on my bacon quarter pounder with cheese and I actually only got 2 slices when the original is 3 so I paid more for less

The Hotcakes are stuck together and look wet. The Biscuit is hard and the 2 Half Strips Bacon is 1 strip broke in half . So annoyed because this is the 2nd time. Very trifiling and disappointing. Not fresh at all and I wont be ordering anymore.

Fries were old the buns were stale and all of my fry's were thrown into the bag I will not be ordering from here again the portion was horrible

they always mess up my order. missing 2 big macs from my bag. fries were fresh and nuggets were hot though
