I placed an order for a sweet tea and didn't see an option for no ice, so I called and asked them if they could remove the ice and they did. My food was cooked to perfection as it always is. I love this McDonald's.

The cookies where nice and and hot they where delicious no lie but the Caramel Sundae was horrible it was like more sauce the ice cream I know I asked for extra but damn I wouldn't like liked to taste the ice cream

Missing the 3 bbq sauces I payed for at that gave me sweet and sour sauce. And missing the Mcfurry I payed for. No offer of a substitution on app or even when dasher asked. This store is always terrible never is the order correct.

Is a hit or miss w you guys but when it’s a home run food be cooked fresh well done sometimes is no effort on satisfing customer cold fries old nuggets is bad at times
