Doordash showed the pickup time is around 10 minutes so I gave it a try. The food was overall ok. I will not recommend the Original Egg Waffle as it's soggy and very thin. It was busy when I arrived on time for the pickup. The staffs were overwhelmed and unorganized. There were 4 staffs at the front kitchen but no one was really taking care of the online orders. I saw people keep asking them about their orders a couple times so that they could finally pick up their orders. When I asked them about my order, they said gave them some time. They were apparently busy so I waited patiently. I saw there were 3 customer got their orders before me while they ordered their food in-store after me. When I asked them again, my order was actually ready but nobody was packing it. I ended up wasted extra 30 minutes and the iced Icy Grass Jelly Signature was not icy anymore. They even forgot the taro balls for theHot Grass Jelly Soup Signature. If you decide to order at the peak hours, I would prefer

I understand it was a busy Saturday night, but my order took over 40 minutes for just one item, which felt excessive. On top of that, they were pretty stingy with one of the toppings I paid for. Disappointing overall.
