Best chicken ever!!
Absolutely love this pollo a la brasa spot. The chicken is incredibly flavorful, the portions are very generous, and the aroma is so good you can smell it from miles away. It's a perfect place for big families or anyone who loves sharing a great meal together. Highly recommend this place! You can really taste the care they put into their food!

Im little conflicted on my review lets start with will i order here again? Yes....was the food worth the price?? Not really. Arroz / Steamed Rice was yummy, not plain, not sticky, very flavorful. Platano Frito / Fried Plantains were average but addicting at the same time. Now to the Medio Pollo a La Brasa / Half Rotisserie Chicken it had that old person smell to it so that was off putting. The flavor though was fantastic. However when I say how dry the chicken was, drier than the Arizona desert!!!! The size of the half chicken was small. But the flavor was great! The star of the show was the Papas Fritas / French Fries crazy I know! They are huge steak fries which I hate but man oh man these were amazing. Especially with the homemade mayonnaise and with the green Aji Pollero / Peruvian Hot Sauce (5 Oz)!!!! Devine I couldnt stop!!! I will be back. Told you this was confusing LOL

I am so happy to see a pollo a la brasa place here in the east valley. The owners are great and caring for their business and products! I've had the pleasure of ordering take-out in person and now with DoorDash too (for convenience). The pollo and papas are fresh, came steaming! The salsas are perfectly spiced too. Ají amarillo is my favorite to pair with the chicken and fries combo.
Only downside (this time) is the fries were extra crispy - a little too much for my liking. Last time I ordered they were perfect. Honored to see more of my culture being shared with the world! 'Perú para todo el mundo!'

Everything was excellent. Hot, fresh, and delicious. The Pollo a La Brasa / Whole Rotisserie Chicken was moist and had the best flavor and I could eat the Ají Pollero / Peruvian Hot Sauce by the spoonful. Platano Frito / Fried Plantains were perfectly cooked and a nice accompaniment to the chicken.
