I moved to CLT from NYC two years ago. I have NOT found good sushi until I tried Midori a couple of weeks ago...I'm on my 3rd order! I literally stopped trying and only ate sushi when out of town. The pick three is excellent if you are okay with the regular rolls. Fish is FAT and wonderful quality. Plua inexpensive. Will have to try the signature rolls next!

The White Dragon Roll was delicious, tuna on top was fresh and the flavor was balanced. The Deep Love Roll though fried did not taste at all greasy, the flavors of all the fish mixed together amazingly and the exterior crunch gave it a nice textural contrast.

Rice was nice and soft and the fish had a good texture! They included ginger and wasabi on the side which was very thoughtful and appreciated; I didnt see it in the picture so I didnt know if it would come with it or not. Thanks!

Side fried rice had no carrots or peas but flavor was good. Sushi was great. Great crispy to the creamy roll.

Both the Salmon Tempura Roll and the Midori Roll were delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly and the Salmon Tempura Roll had a sneaky little spicy kick to it that I appreciated.
