I've said it once and I'll say  it again Minca makes me so happy every time. Always well packed, always delicious and consistent, amazing broth and pork and ugh. Just love them.

I order a lot of ramen, and it could just be that Minca doesn't quite suit my tastes. The spicy ramen wasn't spicy at all, and the broth was a bit bland salt-wise as well. The egg was hard boiled and not an onsen egg with a gooey center like you'd expect. The noodles are much thicker than I prefer as well, but that's more personal preference than anything. 
The gyoza was excellent though! And everything came well packaged and hot

got the Gluten free  Chicken ramen. pretty bad. broth came just barly warm. chicken was overcooked and dry. noodles were mushy and stuck together. costco has better gluten free ramen. really disappo and wont order again .

great quality ramen! order arrived well packaged and still warm, they also accommodated to my special requests (no scallion & no menma) :D

Flavorless. Doesn't say the egg has meat sauce in it. Bean noodles are not good. Almost no toppings, not flavorful.
