More often than not, ingredients are missing from my bowl, sometimes its the queso, sometimes its the sour cream, sometimes its both, I love the food anyways it's just frustrating to have items missing.

I did appreciate they wrapped everything in foil to keep it warm. Queso and chips were the only edible thing lol. The steak inside the quesadilla was very burnt. The rice wasn't hard (seemed fresh), but the charred pieces of steak made it hard to eat. The quesadilla was a good size, but not sure if I'll finish it. I wouldn't order again.

I paid a decent amount of money for this meal, and you only gave me like a handful of chips. The bottom of the bag was so empty. I could see through to the bottom. This happens every single time. Why would someone get queso if they only are gonna get five chips?

Extremely dry seasoned rice, overcooked 'white meat chicken' to the point it looks like steak, and no sour cream on my Quesadilla or on the side as ordered. Staff was standing around chatting when I picked up my order besides the kind woman at the checkout counter, seemed to be the only one doing anything. Overall, wouldn't recommend ordering past 5pm if you want FRESH ingredients.
