The entree we ordered was out of stock(braised short ribs), instead of calling us to check and see if we'd like a refund for the item or what we'd like to replace it with, they sent us a salmon dinner w/o asking if we wanted that or had any allergies. The pretzel we ordered was very stale and came in a pool of oil. Really disappointed with our order and the lack of effort they put into it :(

Reuben was tasty, though received wrong side again! Blackened Beef Tips were neither blackened nor tips. Reasonably tender, though a little well done/over cooked. Not blackened. Grill marks were clear...basically a sirloin steak cut into four large pieces. Not the end of the world, but not as described.

The corned beef was so dry and the potatoes were hard, not good at all especially for the price, so disappointing. Should get a credit for it!
