pepperoni had bad casing almost plastic consistency on the edges. Had a strand of it while eating a slice, cause was hard when i bit into the slice and pulled a strand out. Looked at other pieces and could see a hard shine on a few other pepperoni. If you pinched it could pull off a clear hard ring (hoping this was just a bad casing when pepperoni was made at the factory)

my food was so incorrectly made. 0 cheese on my pizza. burnt to black bacon . and the crust was hard yet doughy on the inside

These r in no way balls! I ordered Mac & Cheese Balls they look like nuggets plus they smell like sour cheese. I did not even try them cuz of the smell. Im sorry but no thanks. Not ordering these ever again. The pizza was good

I ordered a large pizza and a Side Pizza Sauce. A medium pizza and no Side Pizza Sauce was delivered. When I contacted the store to remedy the situation, the owner questioned my intellect and repeatedly told me the item I received was a large pizza for 11 minutes. I even told him I measured the pizza and the box itself stated it was 12", which is a medium pizza. I was put on hold a handful of times with no warning leaving me to wonder if they had hung up on me. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had to go through. Will never order from this establishment again.
