Tried the BLTE for the 1st time & I gotta say it did not disappoint! The Reg Chicken Bacon & Ranch was a little smaller than expected, but was still delicious. Fries and Reg Romanburger® were good as usual . Would recommend

Love me some Mr Hero. This location does and excellent job with their cooking. Everything comes hot and fresh. The sizes are exactly what you order, and they follow custom instructions really well. We've ordered multiple times and always enjoy what we get.

The quality of the Reg Chicken Philly vs the price is totally not worth it. It was more of a bread & mayo sandwich. It lacked flavor, the chicken, mushrooms, peppers, and onions were so minimal that it did not fill the bun in anyway. Overall the Reg Chicken Philly was not appetizing or worth the price. Subway would be a better choice with more bang for your buck.

So. I got Mr. Hero for the first time. The photo made the sub look massive. Atleast as big as a Subway sandwich and the price seemed great. When I received the bag I knew I made a mistake. This sub is so dainty it fits in the palm of my hand. I put my tv remote in the photo for size reference. Not worth it. Sure its about the size of a 6 inch sub at subway but at least at subway its wider and fuller. It also lacks seasoning. The waffle fried were good, nothing special and the cheese sauce was bland. Overall edible and hot but disappointing. All corporate issues not specific to this store. My food came hot and fast so the store itself did great!

The Roman burger was not as shown. Burger is very thin. It's as thick as the salami. Plus there were no other deli meats on the sandwich as described. Will never order again. The seasoning on the sandwich made it edible. I will never order again.
