We did pick up, so it wasn't even the driver...the sandwiches were smashed and flat and soggy, bread crushed. Fries were cold and clearly the very bottom of the bag. We got maybe TWO actual fries, the rest were broken burnt pieces.

Only get if you have a specific taste for Mr. Hero, not if you're just hungry and want something fast. I paid for the extra meat in the cheesesteak but got lots of mushrooms instead. The loaded tater tots were good, but not worth $6. The Romanburger was tasteless. Meh.

I paid nearly a dollar for banana peppers and I only got 1 on a whole sub. I only complain because for 70 cents I expect to get my money worth. I never got my loaded tots either. I'll go to another location from now on.

one of my favorite sandwiches.. this one was small and flat looked like it got ran over by a car. very disappointed
