Burger was burnt and smaller than McDonald's. Charged for bacon and lettuce but didn't put it on sandwich. Fries were cold and soggy. Definitely would not recommend this $17 slop.

Beast Style Burger combo: tasted like pretty much every other fast food burger. nothing to get overly excited about here. like a lower quality Wendy's burger. The fries were soggy from the condiments that come on it. The cheese was just basic American cheese. Overall, not worth the money spent. If it was cheaper, I could do it again, but not at the price paid.

Should have paid attention to the low reviews. This place was horrible from the tasteless, tiny burgers to the colored water that was supposed to be Mr. Pibb. The Beast Style looked and tasted like it was made in the microwave by an illiterate kid. Do not waste your money here.

From out of town, here for a vacation. We dont have this franchise where Im from. Was excited to try it. 2 of 3 burgers arrived with incorrect toppings or without toppings I paid for, fries were soggy. meat was still pink throughout all of it and nearly flavorless. The packaging for the sandwiches have a manufactured slit in the bottom that just pours grease over everything. Paid way too much for such poor quality food. Asked for No diced Onions and to have caramelized instead, received both.
Asked for Ketchup and Mayo on one burger, received it plain.
Asked for Ketchup on another, received it plain.
All burgers were undercooked and poorly or never seasoned.
Fries were extremely soggy and oversalted.
