• 3/19/24I ordered a birthday cookie cake and there was no frosting or anything written on the cake. It was completely naked. If I wanted a plain cookie cake, I would've just bought plain cookies for much cheaper.

• 11/29/22Cookies weren't made properly,. Just by the appearance, taste, and texture it was obvious the dough hadn't had time to rest and or sat out for way too long before baking. And they didn't taste "fresh".
