Love the burgers, sweet potato fries and BLANKENSHROOMS. I have never had a bad meal from Mugshots.

The Mombo Combo was soggy. There were only 15 fried pickles that had no taste. The sweet potatoe fries (only for 6 fries in the whole combo). Our children's meal was not correct. Overall, the food was well below par!

The PHILLY WRAP was good! Bummed that it was a wrap for ants. It was incredibly small for the price, nothing like the picture at all, hardly any meat inside (all tortilla), and they just splashed some tater tots in there. Not the usual serving size for this place, so maybe it was just whoever was cooking back there.

The sweet tea was excellent!! Not too sweet like most other restaurants around town. The hamburger steak was very tasty, but cooked too long for me, whch made it tough & hard to cut. The grilled vegies eerethe best thing on the plate. They were seasoned just right & cooked to perfection. I'm so full all I want to do is sit & watch TV.
The whole meal waswl Sothit & Door Dash delivered it, so, all I had to do was eat. I even shard with my cat & she loved it too!! Definitely a meal worth trying, if you like hamburger steak.

I literally called the store after placing my order about the portion sizes of the chilli changing that covers the fries. The last order, I received a black container. The container was so small I could only eat two maybe three fries before it was gone. Today, the lady assure me that it was mistake, no harm no foul. I order the same order from Mugshots everytime, I know it if I was eating it blindfolded. This time, I recieved my chilli in a container not that bigger than that black container. If I order covered fried and the chilli goes into containers for spillage, freshness, or whatever reason, the chilli should still cover my fries. I still have half my fries left and a scrapped chilli container. The chilli used to come in a white styrofoam container, much larger and covered all the fries provided with the meal. I even asked the lady assisting me over the phone if portion sizes were changed and I just did not know. She told me they haven't and I even offered to pay for more chilli if that was case. I even went as far as describing what the chilli used to come in "a white styrofoam container". I told her I would pay extra if something had changed but there wasn't an option for me to do that on the DoorDash app. She assured me that is was a mistake last time and she would let the cooks know so I could get the right thing. Well, when I got my order, it seems as if it was all a bluff because I'm sitting here with a lot of fries and no chilli. They maybe about to lose a customer over chilli. You know how some people just eat certain things, I'm one of those people. I wasn't trying to get anything free, I offered to pay more. I just don't like the fries without chilli.
