• 12/16/23Their Mocha 20oz is so good, honestly the best I've had anywhere- it must be the cocoa or chocolate they use because I first had it in college and still haven't tasted anything like it elsewhere. I also really enjoy their bagels, so many delicious options that arent run of the mill, the pizza and pesto bagels are my favorite!

• 7/31/25delicious! The sandwich is made well, ingredients are fresh, and specific instructions were followed. I tried the matcha and it's earthy tasting but really good. Grateful Grinds Matcha Latte 16oz

their bagels always arrive burnt, the pastries are mediocre and dry & they charge $4.50 for a 16oz coffee that tastes like its from a gas station/motel (so bad i can never finish.) they do have really good cream cheese spreads theShangri-lox ( lox spread) (8oz) & Jalapeños artichoke (8oz) are my favorites.
all the other bagel places i SR suck more so if you absolutely NEED a bagel this is probably your best betv

• 3/28/26My egg salad sandwich came without lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and pepperoncini and had just a thin layer of bland egg salad only it. The size was small for the price and it lacked the flavor that comes with all the ingredients. I would not order this again as the quality was poor. I find that the quality of the sandwiches depends on who makes them - I've had great ones before.

• 4/28/25Loxy lady was absolutely delicious. Could have used a bit more lox. Subbed cucumber inhead of tomato. Perfectly toasted. Chai was pretty good but it came iced instead of hot, otherwise would have given 5 stars.
