I'm torn on this review. The bagels themselves are really nice. The cream cheese flavors are good. I'm not sure if it was just the way dash allows the menu to be posted but you couldn't order certain bagel flavors for certain things for instance blueberry bagels were not an option on their bulk bagel orders but were for a bagel with cream cheese. You also could not specify certain options like type of cheese on a sandwich. My biggest hang up was that the eggs on the sandwiches are microwaved. If you have a bagel place with breakfast sandwiches microwaved eggs are a huge let down.

The two bagel orders were mixed up, understandably the names are Southerner and Northerner but I would have assumed that the restaurants employees would know to tell them apart. The wrong one was double toasted and the hots were switched. We were given low fat cream cheese instead of regular. All around poor attention in general.
