I had a really great experience here! I ordered the vegetable fried rice and the vegetable lo mein, and both dishes were super flavorful and satisfying.

The fried rice was perfectly cooked — not too oily, with a good mix of fresh vegetables in every bite. The portions were generous, and everything tasted well-seasoned without being overwhelming. You can tell they didn’t just throw it together; it actually had that classic takeout flavor but tasted fresh at the same time.

The vegetable lo mein was just as good. The noodles were soft but not mushy, and they were tossed in a really tasty sauce that coated everything evenly. I loved how many veggies they included — it made the dish feel hearty and not like an afterthought.

Service was quick, the food was hot when I got it, and overall it was a comforting, solid meal. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m craving good Chinese food, especially for vegetarian options.

The food is always hot and fresh. I usually get the general tso's, but I decided to try the moo goo gai pan. It's something I haven't had since I was a kid. It was exceptional. Variety of textures, great flavor, and the usual HUGE portion. Love this place!

I have been a happy China Hut patron since the late 90's but the 'New' China Hut was disappointing. When placing the order, it put each item directly in the cart so it was only after paying I realized I didn't get to select steamed vs fried rice. My husband called, as he prefers fried rice, and was told it now costs extra for fried rice. Prices overall SEEM a bit higher - but I don't have an old menu to compare. The other places we like don't offer 116. Shrimp Egg Foo Young (3) / 虾蓉蛋 so we often choose China Hut. The eggs used to contain more veggies but now only had shrimp and onions, not even a few peas. More of the outer area was stringy and overcooked to a deep brown. The whole thing was greasier and sitting in excess oil. The portions were still generous and my husband liked his 105. Mongolian Beef / 蒙古牛, but we'll be reluctant to order again anytime soon.

The food was okay.  The plates are so small  they look child-sized, and it feels strange to pay nearly $15 for a single bowl small enough to balance in the palm of my hand. 

The  C26. Sesame Chicken / 芝麻鸡 is alright--kind of mushy, so maybe not completely fresh? But the flavor is okay. 

The 58. Chicken Lo Mein / 鸡捞面 isn't really impressive, but that may be to personal preference, not the quality of the food. I don't normally see green onions in  lo mein so it wasn't something I expected or wanted. 

HOWEVER: The 18. Chicken on Stick (3) / 鸡串 had a delicious flavor, and was the best part of this dinner. Highly recommended! I would order it again.

The food is always fresh, hot, and crispy. The portion sizes are huge and it's very consistent. I've loved everything I've tried so far and I highly recommend.
