The hibachi isssss sooooo goood. Like most is dry or like ok but this is so amazing im officially addicted ♡♡♡♡♡ steak is perfect not chewy the chicken is sooo flavorful and the shrimp is juicy♡♡♡♡

I still recommend New Tokyo Hibachi but only for their sushi & only order from them at certain times. This is the second time I've made an order later in the evening around 7pm and they messed up the order & the food is not good. Tonight I ordered the Kids Appetizer & it was completely missing all 3 items that come with it & I was given Tempura Chicken that I did not order & that was dry & tasted old. The SoftShell Crab was soggy & barely had any portion of food there for $12+. Should've been $5 for what I got. The Tempura Shrimp was cool, the sauce was good with it. & the steak medium rare was over cooked but still good. The best things from my order were the tempura shrimp, steak, & the Japanese soda. Maybe they do better during the day than at night. But i do like some of their food. S/o to DoorDash for making it right with the missing meal! New Tokyo, I like your food but when it comes to ordering in the evening the ball keeps getting dropped.

I'm not sure what happened with the chicken. It used to be high quality but the chicken I received was fatty, and clearly a lower quality of meat. The filet in the *Filet Mignon & CHX* was also chewy, which is a shame for a higher cut of steak. This was not worth it at all.

Prices are getting ridiculous. Portions are getting smaller since they opened this new Tokyo restaurant the portions got smaller prices got higher to pay for it. I guess so I'm not as impressed with Tokyo as I used to be given an option if they were a better hibachi Kumo would be an option.

I love ordering at New Tokyo. I either come there in person or get it delivered. I'm stuck on not having my sushi MIXI CALI ROLL not cut and I'll call ahead, and at this point they already know it's me calling and fulfill my order. It's always fresh and hot. My drink is never watered down. Always met with kindness.
