Bought two for me and my fiance to have after his birthday dinner tonight, and sadly he commented that it was much drier than usual. I thought the same thing before he mentioned it. My first dry Bundt cake :/

Y’all… I finally tried the gluten-free lemon raspberry bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cakes, and baby — it did NOT disappoint! 🍋✨
From the very first bite, the flavor was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The lemon gives it that nice little zing without being too tart, and the raspberry adds just the right touch of sweetness. The cake itself was super moist (which is hard to do gluten-free, let’s be real), and that signature cream cheese frosting on top just took it over the edge.
What I really loved is that it didn’t taste “gluten-free” at all — you know how sometimes you can tell? Yeah… not this one. It was soft, fluffy, and full of flavor in every bite.
If you’re gluten-free or just love a good lemon dessert, this bundtlet is definitely worth the trip. I will absolutely be back for another one! 💛
