Best Chinese restaurant in cartersville without a doubt! Food is always great! Service is top notch! Portions are more than fair and the sesame chicken might be the best around. Im very picky on fried rice and it's consistently amazing. I'd choose them time and time again and know on Sundays, I'm not eating Chinese just because they are closed!

OEC not only has the best Chinese food in Cartersville it has some of the best food over all! Always hot and delicious! Orders are always correct and they are always willing to help with special requests! I LOVE OEC!!

They have great Mongolian beef, and I always request to only get about half the normal amount of onions at any restaurant I order from, this place honored my request. <3 Food was ready quickly, perfectly cooked, also got fried dumplings & an egg roll (a HUGE egg roll)

I have never had an incorrect order here and it has always been insanely delicious! We are moving out of town and will sorely miss this place. Their K2. Chicken Fried Rice鸡炒饭 and A3. Crab Rangoon (8Pcs..)角 cant be beat!
