The Shitake Mushroom Ramen (vegan) was excellent! Loved the texture of all the mushrooms and bamboo shoots.
Broth was really nice to drink and they give great generous portions of noodles and Seaweed Salad!
Will be ordering from here again for sure.

Food came with care. Presentation was over the top. Super fresh, quality... Our rainy delight for a special day. The egg was cooked to perfection, the broth was super tasty, not at all oily... portion was more than enough.

They took 40 mins to get my order ready. When it got delivered, it was warm. The Pork Tonkotsu Ramen was ok, not rich in flavor. The Edamame was ok, needs more salt and half of them were undercooked.

Forgot to add the pork in a pork tonkotsu ramen bowl. Flavorless. Walmart brand noodles as "traditional". All the vegetables smell like they're fermented. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.

The order does NOT match the photo or description at all.
What is shown in the picture looks like a properly prepared dish with a decent amount of meat.
What I actually received was terrible quality food.
• The portion of meat is significantly smaller than shown in the photo
• The meat is burnt/overcooked, dry and tastes bad
• The dish looks sloppy and completely unappetizing
• Overall quality is very poor and unacceptable
This is misleading. I ordered one thing and received something completely different.
Such quality is unacceptable, especially for the price I paid.
I am very disappointed and expect a refund or compensation, and that this issue will be addressed.
