So delicious! Soft shell crab was crunchy and everything was so fresh. The broth was outrageous. Just wish there was more. Will be back!

Ramen was OK, but not great. Noodles had no bounce. Broth was OK, but strangely over-sweetened. Maybe they added fruit or something for the aromatics? Overpriced for the quality, and overrated, like basically every restaurant downtown Bethesda. I probably wouldn't order again as Akira is superior.

The Kakiuni Don was very good. The pork was extremely tender with great flavor, and the fat was soft but not greasy. The amount in a serving was big, too. I felt very full afterward.

I ordered the Tonkotsu with mushrooms and the Mango Green Tea with 30% sugar, ice, and mango bursting pearls. Both were delicious! The broth is rich and the texture of everything in the ramen was perfect. I will absolutely be ordering again.

The Spicy Tonkotsu is literally amazing. It's spicy and savory with an umami flavor. I definitely recommend it. I am Asian myself so I can handle the spice but I'd say it's on the level of takis type of spice. Also the Pork Gyoza (5pcs.) is literally so delicious. It's my first time getting proper ramen. Do get from this place.
