Gulab Jamun was great and Chicken Wings were flavorfull. The staff were awesome and it was a friendly atmosphere.

I think this is the first time I'm giving a delivery order from this locstion less than 4 or 5 stars.
To start, my order was not confirmed by OmWok within the first 30 minutes of me clicking order. Secondly, my dasher was assigned late but when they arrived to pick up my order, OmWok had still not confirmed or started my order. It was only due to the good communication from my Dasher that I was aware of this. Lastly, there were two problems with food order itself. The first, was that there was a boney price ofcjicken in my sesame chicken container. The other, was that they gave me the wrong soup. I paid an additional $3.00 for chicken on Hot and Sour soup huttuere was no chicken; and the base was an entirely different soup.
I do plan to order from OmWok again but I will start reconsidering if this occurs again.
