I never leave reviews, but this is the most delicious vegetarian pho I've tried in Vancouver! I also like the customisation of including the various dips vs including stuff that wouldn't get used
Singlehandly got me through my post wisdom tooth extraction, so good!

Had high hopes for this order! I'll start with the good: the pork Chả Giò / Spring Rolls (3 rolls) were massive, and had a great crunch and a delicious, tender filling. I really wish I could say the main dish was excellent, but unfortunately, the Gà Xả Nướng / Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Bowl was just meh. The vermicelli noodles were sadly undercooked and not enjoyable to eat. The chicken had flavour, but was lacking something...just wasn't to my taste. Vietnamese coffee with Cà Phê Muối / Salted Foam Viet Coffee was good, but too much ice, not enough coffee.

Beef Rib Bún Bò Huế was delicious, massive fall-off-the-bone beef ribs included in the pho.

Trying out the new owners and quite disappointed. The packaging was horrible! The bahn mi weren't completely wrapped but just had a piece of paper around the middle. The toppings fell into the bag! Also way too much bread that was not toasted. Bland tofu. Good salad roll though.
