The Pops is out of this world. I never thought I'd find myself fighting over onions on a pizza, but gosh dang. They're kinda lightly cooked, so you still get some texture and a sharpness that stands up to the guanciale.
The pizza is not smothered in toppings, nor should it be: the flavors are beautiful and bold-- too much would throw it out of balance.
Crust is bangin'. Nice little char on that bad boy.
Also, give the chocolate cake a try. It's not overly sweet and the texture is much lighter than one would anticipate. Love, love, love this place

Got a gluten-free pizza which had about 5 quarter-sized thin slices of mozzarella, almost no basil. It was basically a dense pizza with tomato sauce. Expensive and long wait. Very disappointing.

Margarita pizza was made in a brick oven. The dough and mozzarella was incredible . This place and pops pizza has the best margaritas ever

Couldn't share a pic because we ate it so fast, honestly it was delicious, it was still warm but we heated it up no biggie. Next time I'll have to order more than one Margherita Pizza or a larger pie portion. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
