I'm not sure what's happened lately but the quality of the food has significantly declined. I've enjoyed Palios for the past 10 years with no issue. But the last 2 times I've ordered the spaghetti noodles were dry, almost crispy. And the spaghetti and meatballs used to come with 6 meatballs, now it's only 4 and the price has actually increased. Unfortunately will have to find another fav Italian place to order from moving forward.

The dinner salad with chicken was fantastic! No bagged salad mix, just fresh greens, tomatoes, whole black olives and cucumber with croutons. The roasted chicken was wrapped in foil, inside a separate container. It stayed hot until I added it to my salad. Best quality, flavor, and price for a HUGE salad I've ever had.

I tried the pizza first a while back and wasn't impressed, even at the price point. Wanted to give it another chance.. Not much to say about the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It's cheap, yet somehow tastes cheaper.. the Alfredo sauce has absolutely no flavor other than that of the Cajun seasoning used to dowse the rubbery chicken bits. Ragu tastes homemade compared to this. On to the next restaurant cause this one's a big nope in the flavor department

Fresh ingredients on pizza, their mozzarella cheese has great flavor. The crust is crisp on edges but soft enough to fold. (No puffy or greasy thick crust here!) Other places I would normally order thin crust, but Palio's standard is perfect as is. Salads have fresh cut veggies/lettuce. No "bagged mix". Their balsamic dressing is our favorite.
