Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast sooo good. Hope they stay on the menu. Wish the ability to add ingredients was available. Cinnamon Roll and Cranberry Orange were frozen when they arrived.

Ordered soup/sandwich combo. It was packaged so poorly that the soup was all over the bag. I ordered the French Dipper. Chibatta is not edible! I realize that chibatta is a harder bread, but this stuff was concrete. There was VERY little meat. Paid 26.00 for this rip-off.

The Ciabatta Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich on Ciabatta had the thinnest layer of egg I have ever seen... almost non existent. You could literally not taste it when eating the sandwich, bitting into it you can only taste s bread and nothing else.
The Green Goddess Avo had barely any avocado and then when I got to the avocado it was black... (pictures included)
We frequent Panera and have ordered Panera on door dash several times before but this was beyond disappointing. Especially for the price and the inability to modify the order.
No straws were given for drinks, and food quality was severely lacking.

Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup was nothing but broth, a few carrots slices and a bunch of grit at the bottom. We had 4 orders, each with a baguette, and they put half of a ripped baguette in the bag.

I specifically ordered the chicken noodle soup because I expected, based on the picture, that I would have plenty of noodles and chicken. I literally had one noodle and the rest was bits and pieces of chicken. Very disappointed at whomever prepared this. Aside from that, it does have good flavor.
