They have gotten so much better! soups are full and sandwiches are much better quality. they were really tanking for a few years.

The Grilled Cheese & Creamy Tomato Soup as well the strawberry Strawberry Banana Smoothie were amazing. Portion size was great. I'd definitely order again. Not a big fan of the Heart Cookie as it was too close to the warm items and the frosting was melted by the time I got my order. Suggestion-next time staple the cookie bag on the outside of the big bag so it's delivered as it should be.

First I want start off by saying the delivery was quick and efficient so I do not blame this on the driver but I paid $7.50 for a bowl of soup that had two noodles, three carrots and a piece of celery at the bottom of it and a small piece of chicken fat not to mention the bowl was half full. The sandwich was good, but very small total cost was very high for what I received. As you can see in the photo, I did not take a bite of anything out of the bowl other than the broth and that's what was in the bottom.

I've been eating Panera broccoli cheese, soup for years and because of a medical issue that the past couple weeks I've been eating it just about every day or every half day for the past week. It's still as great as ever! It's the best I've ever had!

love Panera always!Just for future orders with drinks-i think the drink should be more secure by using tape on each side/or at least covered at the top of the plastic drinking cup. So when it is delivered customer feels secure drinking it. Just my thoughts. My sandwich & salad was awesome!!
