• 4/24/25The new Croissant toast is absolutely delicious! I hope they keep it on their menu. The fruit was fresh without any hard pieces. My whole order (delivery), and it was large and was perfect!

• 9/16/26Broccoli cheese soup tasted like it had been watered down the ones you can buy in the deli section or at Aldis are much better and cheaper. Very disappointing go back to Panera for that specific soup and it was bland and watery

• 9/22/24there was one piece of chicken in the whole 10 dollar bowl of Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup and barely anything but broth in the bowl. very disappointed.

• 5/13/26the NEW Dubai Style Chocolate Pistachio Cookie was I wanna say a disappointment. it's not that it wasn't a good cookie, because it was good. but the amount you get for 4 dollars is a scam. 3 bites and it's gone.
if they gave a better portion for the price I'd probably order it again. Panera needs to understand that a 4 dollar cookie needs to be what you pay for.
for a better idea it's about 2.5 inches long, 2 inches wide. and .5 inch thick.

• 8/28/26The pumpkin drink I got did not taste like pumpkin. It tasted like a smoke flavor was put in it instead. I couldn't finish it the smoke flavor was so strong. The pumpkin cinnamon roll had a strong orange flavor to it and was dry. I will not be ordering again.
