Their soups are always fantastic and fresh, with satisfying sandwiches. The iced tea was perfect, also very fresh. Note for DoorDash: A large portion of the beverages could not be added to our order because the size was required, but no size options existed in the order screen. I'm sure that these beverages only have one size, but the system made it impossible to get what we wanted.

The Toasted Garden Caprese was so gross. They put romaine lettuce instead of arugula there was so much bread and so little filling and it was just mushy :/ the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt is one of my favorites from Panera but this one was dry and gross. The one star is for the NEW Rustic Baked Potato Soup, it was really good.

Paid $3 extra for a fruit cup that is barely halfway full. Also paid $2 for a side of cream cheese which I didn't receive. Drink was also not full. I never have problems with Panera and love their food. This was disappointing and I feel like my money was wasted.

I've ordered the toasted caprise sandwich (half) many times. The last few times, the bread had some stale portions, there was only one tomato, and a small blob of mozzarella. The sandwich was dry, very little pesto. Well, you've cured me of ordering this item a lot. Thumbs down

Everything was so nice and fresh and the creamy tomato soup was perfect to help warm me up on this cold, snowy day. I especially loved the fresh croutons to put into the soup - delicious! The pepperoni melt was nice and hot and delicious, while the tuna sandwich was perfectly balanced with the sandwich ingredients - all very satisfying!
