Not usually one to leave reviews, but the food was delivered timely and was still hot, and one of the employees was kind enough to draw a smiley face on my order with "Good morning" written on the bottom of the receipt. Made my day. :)

The Cinnamon Crunch Bagel was absolutely not what it used to be. Tasted burnt on the outside. Barely any crunch on the top and the flavor barely tasted like anything. The soup had very little chicken and tasted canned and didn't have the homemade flavor it used to. I would say Panera has gone way downhill for the price. I can get better food from a cafeteria.

the strawberry banana "smoothie" was watery and had chunks of ice in it and it was a quarter empty. for the price, it's a rip off. panera charges way too much for their food in general given the portion size. never again.

I ordered a Grilled Cheese sandwich, the bread was not grilled all the way. It was lightly toasted on one side and raw on the other side. The cheese was melted so that was good. I wont order again to expensive to get and not be cooked properly. The cookies were delicious though!

The popyseed chicken strawberry salad had no dressing or pineapple as advertised.The chicken fiesta sandwch was excessively drippy and very difficult to eat without spilling food on you. This was not up to Panera's usual standards.
