Italian steak sandwich tasted good but not sure why the dressing was poured on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich. Was a rather soggy mess. Also, when a lower price item is substituted for a higher priced one (Kitchen Sink Cookie), would expect the difference to be refunded unless compensated otherwise. Bit of a bummer this trip.

Coffee was cold. Employees needed to heat up per cup. Unacceptable when spending money on a tote! Bagels good and fresh, but cream cheese containers were packed into the bottom of the bag of bagels. Poor packaging for a morning office meeting. Delivery was great and timely!

it tasted great but the portions are a little crazy small. I can't imagine how small a soup I would have gotten if I didn't pay extra for the whole bowl. we're all paying more for less than we used to get from these places. lol

Toasted means more than just blowing hot air on something. Bagels were basically just warmed. Also,if you are able to order coffee, cream and sugar should be an option, or at the least, just include it in the bag.

Super busy during lunch and waited a long time but the manager stepped in to help and we got our food super fast after that
