My order arrived with issues: the portion was very small and spilled into the chicken noodle soup container, making it messy and not as described. The baguette was stale, hard, and not fresh. Overall, the meal quality was poor and not what I paid for. I’m requesting a refund.

Chicken noodle soup was nothing but broth. Maybe 8 noodles at best and shavings of chicken!

BLT was terrible. Three held pieces of bacon on cold, non toasted bread. Panera has really taken a dive in quality and value.

I don't have an issue with their food, but I have an issue with them following simple orders like for example I didn't want the bagel toasted. It came toasted I didn't want croutons croutons came, and there was also no side baguette.
