Sometimes when you're traveling just knowing what you'll get when you order from a chain is worth the risk. The chicken noodle soup is always a safe bet. I got the chicken Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich and it wasn't bad (but I do love chicken salad and rarely have one I don't like). The soup and Mac n Cheese were hot, the sandwich was cold as expected. I vote for Panera when everything else is an unknown and I'm too hungry to risk it.

The bread was just thrown in the bag with no wrapping, it is very unhygienic I can't tell if they just used their hands or tongs. The bread is stale, and the sandwich was poor quality. I spent 30$ and I expected a fresher taste and proper packaging.

The "bowl" of soup was half full, and there was nothing but broth. Chicken noodle soup with barely shreds of chicken, and maybe 4 noodles. What a joke. Forgot my smoothie, and the pizza was undercooked.
Nobody in the restaurant to greet me or say anything.

I love the Autumn Squash Soup so much! But the Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich barely had any chicken salad. It was all lettuce! For over $14. What a rip off!

They changed the croutons but kept the photos the same. The new croutons are too dense and taste stale.
They shrunk the sandwich size as well, and the soup. The portions are too small and dont fill you up.
The bread on the Tuna Salad Sandwich was undercooked and not a golden color like it's supposed to be. Very pale.
Not very happy about my purchase, the quality has significantly gone down while the price has steadily increased. I dont recommend buying from here!
