• 11/3/23I am a sucker for there soups and sandwiches overroll. This is my 1st time trying there Flatbread Pizza and Soup/Mac its pretty good

• 5/4/26The soups were not packaged well enough and they spilled on the way here -- driver did his best to stop it but this was poorly packaged. My Chocolate Chipper Cookie was wet with French onion soup. Also, this has been a problem once before, but I'm noticing a trend where if you order too close to close (after 8pm), the quality is bad. I had 4 noodles and one bite of chicken in my Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup and I got a bowl not a cup. It was all broth. I believe the workers get upset at customers who order to close to close (I get it) but I'm not ordering superfluous late night cravings - I'm ordering soup because I am pneumonia. Either turn off your apps at 8pm, hire more people, or idk just close the bowls and give me soup????

• 6/24/23The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt
It had almost no chicken and no avocado at all. It looked nothing like the photo. I hope Panera doesent end up like the others where the food gets less and less and the price gets higher and higher.

• 2/28/23There was practically NO STEAK in the half sandwich with steak and cheddar cheese.
However the Onion Soup was Delicious.

• 9/29/25Normally, little to no issues with panera but I swear this time I got like 3 noodles and 4 pieces of chicken.
