I got all three fillings for the Enchilada Dinner cause I wasnt too sure what sounded better. I do appreciate the fact that they separated the enchiladas from everything else so the sauce didn't wilt the lettuce. Still cant decide if I like the chicken or the beef better. Wish I had gotten another Shrimp Taco. It smelt so good and the shrimp was done really well and it was gone before I could take a picture. 20/10 would recommend.

That was an amazing huge super burrito. Can't wait to have again. And they accomodated my onion medication restrictions. Next time though, if I order the chips an salsa, do you have a red salsa without chunks of onions...just like the green. Excellent food!!!

I returned to Monterey after 30 years and thought I'd get some Papa Chanos, one of only a handful of places I remembered. My first visit 30 years ago, I was a new student at DLI, fresh out of Wisconsin. I had nothing to compare it to at the time. But since then, I've had some really great Mexican food. 

Three of us ordered the carne asada jumbo burrito and agreed that it tasted like a cheeseburger. The green chile pork burrito had a weird flavor. 

I spent most of the night apologizing for ordering a meal that didn't taste very good. They said I didn't need to apologize but agreed the food isn't great. 

But the burritos are large and will fill you up. So if you're hungry and haven't had authentic Mexican, this might be a good spot to try.

Always get their nachos and its the best meal I have ever had and I love going to their place as they are friendly and efficient and their food is to just die for like it melts in your mouth and cooking doesn't take a while so you get your food quick.

Disappointing.  Chips and Salsa were not good, stale chips tiny portion cup of pico. Basic store bought tortilla for the Reg Quesadilla with Meat. Tiny portion cup of Guacamole that was bland. Just not good.
