4 times now they've charged extra for garlic parmesan crust and then don't give us the garlic parmesan crust...also delivery used to include paper plates, parm cheese, utensils and they don't seem to do that anymore. It's still a convenient option but probably not one I'll choose again anytime soon.

They didn't put any garlic on garlic knots and also didn't do the garlic Parmesan crust like I ordered. This has happened a few times now so I won't be ordering from papa John's anymore.

Clicked buy one get one free put it automatically in my basket and charged the same price for both and nothing on the pizza!;(

ordered a small Cheese Pizza for my step son and it was covered in beef..he doesn't like meat on his pizza sadly.
the Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza came out alright though.
