We ordered / paid for extra cheese on the pizza and did not get it. Pizza was very dry and overcooked. Cheese sticks had no seasoning at all. We ordered garlic butter and got tomato sauce. Cheese sticks were also very dry and overcooked. Very disappointed!

Papa John's didn't follow instructions. I asked for the pizza to be cut and squares and I asked for well done neither we're done.
