The pizza was ok, but nothing special. It needed to be cooked more evenly with more sauce throughout the whole pizza, not just the edges. Sam with the cheese. Paying through door dash, it is super expensive and you want it right. I had a 12" pepperoni pizza with a Pepsi.

Customer service from Papa Johns itself was TERRIBLE. I will not order from this location again. I called to ask a simple yes or no question and was put on hold 3 times without even being acknowledged. I have worked in customer service for over 16 years and busy or not you have to at least wait until the customer acknowledges you have heard you need to place them on hold before you do so. The "manager" did not give me the slightest chance to even speak.

Pizza is fine but I ordered square cut and this is the second time I've ordered square cut and they give me regular sliced. No big complaint but I would appreciate a little more attention to detail.
