I have ordered from Papa John's multiple times and I love it every time. I don't know what it was about this time, but it was phenomenally wonderful the portion is perfect and the pizza was actually hot to where I had to let it cool down

pan pizza, not great. overly seasoned & with weird cheese that just runs off edges / not on the pizza.

My Garlic Knots were dry bread! No seasoning or butter was added! Our pizza was underbaked. We order from PaPa John's every Sunday Night, not happy at all this time! Maybe our last time!

Ordered double cheese and sausage on the whole pizza, one half mushrooms, pepperoni on the other half. Barely any cheese and there was only sausage on one half. Very disappointed, as we have ordered the same previously and it was delicious.
