Good luck on getting these people to read how the customer wants the food prepared. Food is really good. Ordered twice and both times the restaurant put onions and did not give me the bacon or extra cheese sauce that was paid for.

I ordered the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries andit was so disappointing. The fries were hard, greasy, and cold. The meat was barely there and I donot understand why it would be called loaded because it is anythingbut loaded.Do not let the advertisement picture fool you. $25 NOT worth the money

I had Loaded Cheesesteak Fries and Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak, the flavor was good. however, the portions are amazingly small for the price

The sandwich was super dry and the bun was stale. The fries were dry and lacked flavor. For as much as I paid for it, not worth it.

love the menu items and choices, I don't think the members are properly trained on how to prepare the food, the cheese wasn't even melted it look like they slapped a slice of cheese on the chicken and hoped the residual heat from the chicken melted it
