The spicy chicken had the perfect amount of heat, and nice crunch from soft cartilage!

Expected more food in the personal hotpot, the meat was pretty meager compared to other places I've had. The bone broth was bland, also had much better elsewhere. The osthmanthus green Milktea was also slightly below average, tasted artificial. Probably will not repeat.

All cheap ingredients, cheap vegetables and frozen meats. Portion size is a pity ($20 for 1 lb of frozen ingredients with NO rice??). Flavor is awkward and greasy.

I was a bit disappointed in the dishes that I got. The crawfish meat was very dry and it did not taste like the 13 spices flavor as it had a heavy soy sauce flavor. The dry pot was also a little sad tasting. It tasted like they boiled the food and then just dumped it into a pot with little to no seasoning.

Packaging was bad.Container is broken so it leaked and straw poking out of the bag where it touches the floor? Not even sure if this was seller or delivery's fault.
